US
I, Chef Dennis Samala, am a 30+ year veteran of the food industry, with experience across restaurants, chain accounts, retail new product development, manufacturing and of course, a passion for food. It all started in my home kitchen, where I first created my chili crisp oil. My kids loved it, as my daughter asked "Why don't you sell this?" And I thought why not? So my daughter and I created S'pice Lab, so we can spread the love of food with not only my family, but to you and yours.
